1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Ajr+ ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Ajr+ is a Ramadan companion application that provides:
- Daily worship habit tracking (prayers, Quran, Azkar, good deeds)
- Prayer times based on GPS location
- Quran reading with Uthmani script and audio recitation
- Azkar and Dua collections
- Streak tracking and achievement badges
- Group competition and leaderboards
- Azan notifications with multiple sound options
- Hijri calendar integration
3. User Accounts
- You may use the app as a guest without creating an account. Guest data is stored locally on your device only.
- To access groups, leaderboards, and cloud sync, you must create an account with a valid email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app.
- Abuse the group system by creating spam or inappropriate content.
- Impersonate other users or provide false information.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
5. Islamic Content
- Quran text is sourced from established Islamic databases and presented in Uthmani script.
- Prayer times are calculated using the Aladhan API based on established Islamic methods.
- Azkar and Duas are sourced from authentic Hadith collections.
- The app is a digital tool and should not replace consultation with qualified Islamic scholars.
- Prayer time calculations may vary slightly from your local mosque — verify when in doubt.
6. Location Services
Ajr+ uses your device's location to calculate accurate prayer times. You can deny location access, but prayer times functionality will be limited. Location data is used only for prayer time calculation and is not stored or shared.
7. Notifications
Ajr+ may send local notifications for prayer reminders, Azan alerts, and task reminders. You can manage notification preferences within the app settings or your device settings at any time.
8. Groups & Social Features
- Group creators are responsible for managing their groups.
- Your name and streak data may be visible to other members of groups you join.
- Group owners can remove members and delete groups.
- We reserve the right to remove groups that are used inappropriately.
9. Intellectual Property
The Ajr+ app design, code, icons, and original content are protected by copyright. The Quran text is the word of Allah and is not subject to copyright. Hadith texts and Azkar are from the Islamic heritage.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ajr+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, prayer times will be 100% accurate, or data will never be lost.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajr+ and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including missed prayer times, data loss, or inaccurate calculations.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
13. Termination
You may stop using Ajr+ at any time by uninstalling the app. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.

- تكامل التقويم الهجري
٣. حسابات المستخدمين
- يمكنك استخدام التطبيق كزائر بدون إنشاء حساب. بيانات الزائر تُخزن محلياً على جهازك فقط.
- للوصول إلى المجموعات ولوحات المتصدرين والمزامنة، يجب إنشاء حساب ببريد إلكتروني صالح.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حسابك.
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات المخالفة.
٤. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم:
- استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني.
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى خوادمنا.
- استخدام أدوات آلية أو روبوتات.
- إساءة استخدام نظام المجموعات بمحتوى غير لائق.
- انتحال شخصية مستخدمين آخرين.
٥. المحتوى الإسلامي
- نص القرآن مصدره قواعد بيانات إسلامية معتمدة بالرسم العثماني.
- تُحسب أوقات الصلاة باستخدام Aladhan API بالطرق الإسلامية المعتمدة.
- الأذكار والأدعية من مجموعات الأحاديث الصحيحة.
- التطبيق أداة رقمية ولا يُغني عن استشارة العلماء في الأحكام الشرعية.
٦. خدمات الموقع
يستخدم أجر+ موقع جهازك لحساب أوقات الصلاة الدقيقة. يمكنك رفض الوصول، لكن وظيفة أوقات الصلاة ستكون محدودة. بيانات الموقع لا تُخزن أو تُشارك.
٧. الإشعارات
قد يرسل أجر+ إشعارات لتذكيرات الصلاة وتنبيهات الأذان. يمكنك إدارة تفضيلات الإشعارات من إعدادات التطبيق أو الجهاز.
٨. المجموعات والميزات الاجتماعية
- منشئو المجموعات مسؤولون عن إدارة مجموعاتهم.
- قد يكون اسمك وبيانات سلسلتك مرئية لأعضاء المجموعات.
- نحتفظ بالحق في إزالة المجموعات المستخدمة بشكل غير لائق.
٩. الملكية الفكرية
تصميم أجر+ وكوده وأيقوناته محمية بحقوق النشر. نص القرآن كلام الله وليس خاضعاً لحقوق النشر. نصوص الأحاديث والأذكار من التراث الإسلامي.
١٠. إخلاء المسؤولية وتحديد المسؤولية
يُقدم أجر+ "كما هو" بدون ضمانات. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار ناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك أوقات الصلاة الفائتة أو فقدان البيانات.
١١. التغييرات والإنهاء
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. استمرار الاستخدام يعني القبول. يمكنك التوقف في أي وقت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

Ajr+ est une application compagnon du Ramadan qui fournit :

- Horaires de prière basés sur la localisation GPS

- Collections d'Azkar et de Duas
- Suivi des séries et badges de réalisation
- Compétition de groupe et classements
- Notifications Azan avec plusieurs options sonores
3. Comptes utilisateurs
- Vous pouvez utiliser l'application en tant qu'invité sans créer de compte.
- Pour accéder aux groupes et aux classements, vous devez créer un compte avec une adresse e-mail valide.
- Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants.
- Nous nous réservons le droit de suspendre les comptes qui violent ces conditions.
4. Utilisation acceptable
Vous acceptez de NE PAS :
- Utiliser l'application à des fins illicites.
- Tenter d'accéder sans autorisation à nos serveurs.
- Utiliser des outils automatisés ou des bots.
- Abuser du système de groupe avec du contenu inapproprié.
5. Contenu islamique
- Le texte du Coran provient de bases de données islamiques établies.
- Les horaires de prière sont calculés selon des méthodes islamiques établies.
- L'application est un outil numérique et ne remplace pas les avis des érudits islamiques qualifiés.
6. Limitation de responsabilité
Ajr+ est fourni "tel quel" sans garanties. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des dommages indirects résultant de l'utilisation de l'application, y compris les prières manquées ou la perte de données.

3. Cuentas de usuario

- Para acceder a grupos y tablas de clasificación, debe crear una cuenta con un correo válido.
- Es responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales.
- Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender cuentas que violen estos términos.
4. Uso aceptable
Acepta NO:
- Usar la aplicación para fines ilegales.
- Intentar acceso no autorizado a nuestros servidores.
- Usar herramientas automatizadas o bots.
- Abusar del sistema de grupos con contenido inapropiado.
5. Contenido islámico
- El texto del Corán proviene de bases de datos islámicas establecidas.
- Los horarios de oración se calculan según métodos islámicos establecidos.
- La aplicación es una herramienta digital y no reemplaza la consulta con eruditos islámicos calificados.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad

- Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
4. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak.
- Sunucularımıza yetkisiz erişim girişiminde bulunmak.
- Otomatik araçlar veya botlar kullanmak.
- Uygunsuz içerikle grup sistemini kötüye kullanmak.
5. İslami İçerik
- Kuran metni yerleşik İslami veritabanlarından alınmıştır.
- Namaz vakitleri yerleşik İslami hesaplama yöntemleri kullanılarak hesaplanır.
- Uygulama bir dijital araçtır ve nitelikli İslam âlimlerine danışmanın yerini alamaz.
6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Ajr+ "olduğu gibi" garantisiz sunulmaktadır. Kaçırılan namaz vakitleri veya veri kaybı dahil uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

- GPS مقام پر مبنی نماز کے اوقات

- اذکار اور دعاؤں کے مجموعے
- سلسلوں کی ٹریکنگ اور اعزازات
- گروپ مقابلہ اور لیڈر بورڈ

٣. صارف اکاؤنٹس
- آپ اکاؤنٹ بنائے بغیر مہمان کے طور پر ایپ استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔
- گروپس اور لیڈر بورڈ تک رسائی کے لیے درست ای میل سے اکاؤنٹ بنانا ضروری ہے۔
- آپ اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی معلومات کی رازداری کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔
- ہم خلاف ورزی کرنے والے اکاؤنٹس معطل کرنے کا حق رکھتے ہیں۔
٤. قابل قبول استعمال
آپ درج ذیل کام نہ کرنے پر اتفاق کرتے ہیں:
- ایپ کو غیر قانونی مقاصد کے لیے استعمال کرنا۔
- ہمارے سرورز تک غیر مجاز رسائی کی کوشش کرنا۔
- خودکار ٹولز یا بوٹس استعمال کرنا۔
- نامناسب مواد کے ساتھ گروپ سسٹم کا غلط استعمال کرنا۔
٥. اسلامی مواد
- قرآن کا متن قائم شدہ اسلامی ڈیٹابیس سے لیا گیا ہے۔
- نماز کے اوقات قائم شدہ اسلامی طریقوں سے حساب کیے جاتے ہیں۔
- ایپ ایک ڈیجیٹل ٹول ہے اور اہل علماء سے مشاورت کا متبادل نہیں۔
٦. ذمہ داری کی حد
اجر+ "جیسا ہے" بغیر کسی ضمانت کے فراہم کی جاتی ہے۔ ہم ایپ کے استعمال سے ہونے والے کسی بھی نقصان کے ذمہ دار نہیں، بشمول چھوٹی نمازیں یا ڈیٹا کا نقصان۔
