By downloading, installing, or using LifeFeed AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
LifeFeed AI is licensed, not sold, to you. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, subject to the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
This license does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide commercial hosting services with the App. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by this license and Usage Rules), reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof.
Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of LifeFeed AI. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages. This license is effective until terminated by you or LifeFeed AI. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
LifeFeed AI is a content saving and organization application that allows users to save links, images, PDFs, and other content from any app. The App uses artificial intelligence to automatically categorize, summarize, and tag saved content. The App offers both a free tier and a paid subscription plan (LifeFeed Pro).
LifeFeed AI offers an optional auto-renewable paid subscription called "LifeFeed Pro" that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions are available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Subscription plans and pricing:
Payment is charged to your iTunes Account (Apple) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings > Subscriptions (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You retain all rights to the content you save through LifeFeed AI, including your notes, collections, and organizational data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
AI-generated content — including summaries, categories, tags, and weekly digests — is provided "as-is" for your personal use and convenience. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice and should not be solely relied upon.
LifeFeed AI uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to provide categorization, summaries, smart search, and weekly digest features. AI-generated results may not always be accurate or complete. You should verify any important information independently.
When you use AI features, your content is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI does not use your content for model training. AI-generated weekly digests and summaries are for personal use only.

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by LifeFeed AI and protected by intellectual property laws.
We strive to maintain the App's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.
LifeFeed AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
All subscription purchases are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store. We do not process refunds directly.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
You may request deletion of your data at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us at support@lifefeed.ai.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
